RETURN & REFUND POLICY

7-Day Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy for change of mind purchases. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a change of mind return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused and unwashed

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Protective hygiene liners must be intact (for swimwear)

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns unless otherwise agreed.


Important – Swimwear Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear is not eligible for change of mind returns unless it meets all of the above conditions, including hygiene liner intact and no signs of wear.

However, this does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.


Damages, Faults & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective

  • Your item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

Under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (Australian Consumer Law), you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for products that:

  • Are faulty

  • Are not of acceptable quality

  • Do not match the description

  • Do not perform as advertised

These rights apply regardless of our 7-day change of mind policy.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to secure another size or style is to return your approved item and place a new order separately.


European Union – 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Returned items must still be:

  • Unworn

  • Unused

  • With tags attached

  • In original packaging

Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider.
